Fluvir 75 mg Capsule
Fluvir 75mg Capsule is an antiviral medication that is used to treat and prevent influenza (flu) and swine flu (H1N1 virus). It alleviates flu-like symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, cough, body aches, tiredness, headache, fever, and chills.
Fluvir 75mg Capsule works to keep the flu virus from spreading within the body. Influenza, also known as the flu, is a viral infection. This medication should only be taken as directed by a doctor. It should be taken in the dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, but taking it with food reduces the likelihood of feeling or becoming ill (nausea or vomiting).
Even if you feel better, do not skip any doses and complete the entire course of treatment. Stopping the medication too soon may result in infection relapse or failure to protect you from the flu.
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhoea are all common side effects. These side effects are most common after the first dose of the medication and usually subside as treatment progresses. Please contact your doctor if these side effects persist for an extended period of time.
Tell your doctor if you have any heart, liver, or kidney problems before taking it. Consuming alcohol may increase your risk of liver damage. Before using this medication, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor.
